Use of Waggy Tail Woods is at your own risk - as the owner you are responsible to be in control of your dog(s) at all times​

Should there be adverse weather, e.g snow, storms, strong winds, heat wave, torrential rain etc. You, as the owner are responsible to check the weather and access whether it is suitable for you to still use your booking. Rescheduling is only available if more than 48hours notice given.​

Cancellations & Refunds - We do not offer refunds; we will happily rearrange your booking once to another date/time aslong as more than 48 hours’ notice is given. ​

Arrival procedure - you will be sent instructions for the woodlands around 30 minutes before your booking. When you arrive there is a combination lock (you will receive this number in your instructions text message)

Parking at Waggy Tail Woods is at your own risk - Waggy Tail Woods is not liable for any damage, accidents or contents of your vehicle. ​

Please do not arrive more 5 mins before your booking. Please respect the booking before you and don't enter the woods until they have left.​

Departure procedure - Your session end time is the time you should be leaving the layby and NOT the time you are leaving the woods. Please respect other park users and their right to have an uninterrupted session that they have booked for themselves and their dogs​

Waggy Tail Woods reserves the right to close the land and stop any bookings with immediate affect. Any bookings affected will be contacted immediately to inform of closure. e.g Storm damage, fence repairs etc.​

Bookings are by vehicle numbers, max number of two cars per booking. We don't allow walk ins during your booking so please make sure your entire party is aware of our T&Cs. It is your responsibility to make the full party aware of times booked and stick to your booking.​

Parking - Parking is available for up to two vehicles on the layby. Vehicles are parked at owners own risk. Waggy Tail Woods are not liable to any accidents or damages​.

The gate MUST be closed before allowing your dog’s off their leads. The gate must remain closed throughout your session. Waggy Tail Woods is not liable for any accidents or injury to your dog(s). you are responsible for your dog’s safety. ​

Your time slot is just for you. No one else will be using the space in that time frame. It is your responsibility to arrive on time. If you are late on arriving, you will still need to leave at the end of your time booked as there will be another appointment straight after you..​

Under no circumstances should a dog receive aggressive enforcement from a human whilst at the woods. Waggy Tail Woods encourages positive training only. Any negative training or handling seen, you will be told to leave with immediate effect. You will lose all future bookings, and will not be refunded. ​

Off lead exercise in the woodland is at your own risk. We have a 6ft fence surrounding the woods, you must be in control of your dog at all times. You are responsible for your dog(s) and their recall ability.

Dogs should not be left unattended at any time. You should accompany your dog(s) at all times such that you are aware of what they are doing and can ensure they are safe and are complying with these terms and conditions. ​

No Climbing on the equipment, walls or trees - Equipment is for use of the dog(s) only.

Please do not move any equipment​​

This is a woodland, so be aware of roots sticking up, stumps and possible falling sticks/branches - We are not liable for any trips, falls or damage.​​

All prospective customers must ensure the woodland is suitable and secure for their specific use such as fence height, fencing materials, activities.​

Dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations/titre tests, flea and worming treatments.​

If your dog(s) is unwell (sickness/ Diahorrea etc) or shows signs of Kennel Cough, please get in touch to reschedule your booking. ​

Please pick up any dog poo and dispose of in the bin provided - please take your own rubbish home with you.​

No BBQs, or Fires, if we spot this happening you will be asked to leave immediately.

No Smoking and No glass bottles​

Do not put any rope swings up etc or climb/damage the trees​​

Payment is to be paid online. Payment secures your booking and means you have read and agree to these rules​

Waggy Tail Woods reserve the right to withdraw permission to use the facility at their discretion, where individuals have not complied with the rules or conditions of use. Subject to the reason for the withdrawal of the facility, any advanced payment may be refunded. However, Waggy Tail Woods shall be under no liability for any other expenses incurred or loss sustained by the client as result of the use of the facility being withdrawn at our sole discretion.
